i am so jealous, why did my essay vanish leaving my application incomplete :(((

yes, in the pdf i printed just before submission, everything appears fine. i got an email from chicago yesterday, and have forwarded them my essays today, which they should hopefully upload. i am hoping that things work out and i dont get punished for a what seems for sure to be a technical glitch. thanks for you comment and suggestions anyway.
 

Forrest, it looks like Chicago is very quick in processing applications and requests. I've found their support the most quick and helpful among my four schools :) Let's hope this situation will not at all affect processing of your app.
